Participation is voluntary, and results depend on effort, consistency, nutrition, and recovery.⸻Cancellation & No-Show Policy• All sessions must be canceled at least 12 hours in advance• Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged in full• Missed sessions are non-refundable and non-transferableIf you need to switch a session time, you must notify me before the session begins.⸻Refund PolicyAll payments for training, memberships, bootcamps, events, and programs are NON-REFUNDABLE.Refunds will not be issued for:• Missed sessions• Scheduling conflicts• Lack of attendance• Change of mindThis policy applies to all packages, memberships, and promotional offers.⸻Dispute & Chargeback PolicyBefore filing a dispute or chargeback, you must contact us directly.Filing a chargeback without communication may result in:• Immediate termination of services• Loss of future training privilegesFraudulent disputes will be contested.⸻Health & Liability DisclaimerBy participating in training, you confirm that:• You are physically capable of exercise• You assume full responsibility for any injuries or health issues• You release the trainer and facility from liabilityAlways consult a physician before beginning any fitness program.⸻Stretching & Recovery PolicyStretching and recovery sessions are considered part of training.• Group stretching sessions may be mandatory• Failure to attend mandatory recovery sessions may affect training eligibilityThese sessions are required for injury prevention and long-term progress.⸻Behavior & Conduct PolicyTo maintain a focused environment:• No outside conversations during training• No distractions during partner or push days• Disruptions may result in restarting the workout or removal from sessionRespect for trainers, clients, and the space is required at all times.⸻Promotions & SpecialsAll promotions:• Are time-limited• Cannot be combined unless stated• Are non-refundablePromotional pricing does not change standard policies.⸻Policy AgreementBy booking or attending any session, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all fitness policies listed above.
